Jamesville/skytop

Running > Trail Running > New York Directions: From Syracuse take 690 to 481 South to the Jamesville exit. Turn left on Rock Cut Rd. for about a mile and a half. At the light 173 take a right, and then a quick left on Apulia road just over the rail road tracks. About a mile up on the left is Jamesville Beach State Park, Good place to get started. Without the GPS map the trails are difficult to find however the marked waypoint is a good location to begin.
